Toxic Environment by Management - Student Advisor TAFE NSW Employee Review

Boring job, treated like a child, constant monitoring and overall toxic environment. People in management have no skills at managing and no idea how to do their jobs. They are only focused on leads and do not care about the employees, you are just a number to them, a phone monkey to take calls. I would not want anyone to work here not even my worst enemy.
