-Withheld commissions on a regular basis (Changed commission procedure multiple times which seemingly always lead to fewer and smaller payouts)
- Micromanaging was insane to the point of paranoia.
-Management was impersonal and lacked empathy in terms of work-life balance, sickness, time away from the office, and lack of flexibility in general to support their workers.
- Benefits were severly limited
