Pros
Plenty of work hours. Smooth talking managers at TAG when they need you. Seemed professional at first and even looked up to and respected TAG Management.
Cons
I was informed by the manager that no overtime will be paid out to an employee if earned unless they complain, in which case the employee will face significant shift cuts or will no longer be employed. Do a review on this company, and you will find out that they have three different trade names, many different address, and horrible reviews in which my opinion, are true. Getting paid on time and "properly" is often a challenge itself. You can wait weeks to months to get paid, without any regard to the stress caused on your personal life and the inability to pay bills on time as a result of not being paid on time. Trying to talk with management regarding payment issues is stressful itself, and I feel that nobody wants to handle or take responsibility for it. You will find that you calls and e-mails will go ignored most of the time, or to a call center, which is not even TAG employees picking up the phone, its a third party independent company. This company is poorly run and managed, and I would not be surprised if they get shut down by the government or get sued. Nobody takes responsibility for anything and they have successfully destroyed my trust in people as I had to resort to almost begging for the pay that I have earned.
