Low paid, ridiculous systems (multiple access required for simple tasks), terrible management, extreme micro management of frontline staff & bullying by certain leaders, lack of support and ridiculous training (nearly 3 months to train for frontline role) and the trainer didn't even show up until 10-10.30am without giving trainees notice who had started at 9am. All Team Leaders leave around 5-6pm whilst new staff left on their own until 7pm without support. I wonder if the CEO knows how bad it actually is as I believe there is a high attrition rate.
