Pros
Good atmosphere. Great co-workers. Still operates as if a small company. Does not watch your every move. Good pay. Okay benefits. Treats employees well.
Cons
Very slow paced work load. I find a lot of things that need to be setup properly for a company that has grown to this size. Still operates as a small company. Still gives management bonus' even during salary freeze. Employees are too relaxed and not willing to change how things are done.
