      Pros

      Growing developer with multiple under construction and upcoming projects in pipeline. Work culture is decent and employees have good bonhomie. HR department is quite proactive and fun & interesting activities are being organised.

      Cons

      Inter department coordination can be improved from good to best.

      There are NO Pros to this Company.

      Cons

      This Company did not pay me for hours worked , nor responded to multiple Emails, about the pay. Because they are a fully Non for profit Company the Government can not assist in getting that pay. I'm guessing they are well aware they can just NOT pay people for thier time.
