Employee Unfriendly company - Senior Manager Investor Services TATA Asset Management Employee Review

There is so much of Nepotism. Tata Companies are supposed to be Employee Friendly. But Tata MF is an Exception. This company used to charge for the Tea/coffee which is provided to the Employees. This will look very strange for many people. But this is a fact.This was changed ONLY in 2015 when a new CEO took charge. They had fired many people stating that company is having financial crunch and company not growing up. But they had moved the office to a Premium locality at a very high Cost. After 3 years of the new MD leadership, the company market share is decreasing. But no action taken against that MD and his new team
