      Pros

      I was not bullied alone. A couple of my colleagues were tormented too. It united us!

      Cons

      This place is run by a bunch of bullies who think a lot of themselves and like to rule over others. I also don't like the fact that they target the same group of people everyday. The top management needs to be aware of an act on this issue, I don't think they are doing anything worthy of mentioning.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Some days get too busy unexpectedly.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
