      Horrible work culture - Analyst TBC Employee Review

      Pros

      I work with plenty of young, talented co-workers.

      Cons

      If I were to put it simply, the work culture in this company is downright horrible. Employees don't get recognized for their hard work and efforts. The management does not extend the same effort as the employees do, and it doesn't care much about employee work-life balance. It's especially disappointing because the company is wasting a lot of talented employees.

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
