We appreciate your time with us and also that you find value in our Company mission! We work very hard to attract and retain talented team members whose personal values align with our Company mission of being a blessing to others. We are sorry that your personal experience does not seem to have matched what we hope for with everyone who joins our team. We intentionally look for ways to ensure that we maintain an enjoyable and family friendly environment. One small example is our bi-weekly employee newsletter called the Heart of TBHC where we encourage employees to share with each other about their family vacations, kids first day of school, prayer requests that we can all support them with and things along these lines. Another recent event was the Friday before Halloween this year when we invited our home office employees to bring their children in for trick-or-treating with the other office team members. We are open to hearing ideas from our team members about how we can continue to make this a great place to come to work!
