"sink or swim" attitude towards staff. Expected to work long hours outside of contracted hours with no remuneration as this is considered to be "added value" Senior Management to be more supportive than those "climbing the ladder"

Overtime ebbs and flows but due to demand it can get quite intense for a couple of weeks depending on where you are in the business, but the appreciation for it is present
