Pros
The wages at TC were competitive. The flexible work day, culture, half-day Fridays, great benefits and ok pension are all perks, vacation could use a boost. The employees are great. Fantastic training. Lots of fun projects, if you know the right people.
Cons
A little more communication. Some great people leave due to a communication breakdown. If you offer to mentor a junior colleague, don't ghost them. If you have a "women in TC" event, why have most never been invited?
