Very little room to move up and provide little to training for new hires even though there is a position within the company titled “field trainer” you’ll never see them though.
Being micromanaged throughout the whole day during the sales process and downtime.
Pay never changes for the better, they add more metrics for you to hit but don’t pay anything for these metrics such as perks, reduced pay on VHI, CSGA, even things such as higher tier plans don’t pay as much anymore.
Constantly changing your bonus structures, making it harder to obtain
The profit “sharing” bonus is a joke as well they’ll pay you $0.04 on the dollar you earned last year but for the execs they’ll get the same plus a 2x multiplier even though they do nothing for the company.
