Pros
Do not expect much from the consulting company, as they make money from your earnings. Anyway, they provide good health insurance with good coverage, the only observed item.
Cons
The worst thing is management, they have no set objective, so they spend a good time and lie to their employee from time to time with little or no food offerings in a good banquet hall. The salary will remain the same at least for 5 yrs after joining. HR is the worst department and will treat you like an animal when you leave the company as they do not have any streamlined process and everything gets changed when the big boss is replaced without any prior notice.
