There is no room for creativity nor for change because senior management wants to oversee everything. The result is micro-management at its worst. The internal organization is a total mess, and senior management doesn't seem to care. Anything you will suggest to change for the better will not be put into place. This leads to a lot of work having to be re-done for no reason whatsoever. You are paid less than market value, all because they think the "TCL" brand is worth something. You are consistently working late. I was personally recruited for a particular job, and then assigned to another job. This is not uncommon practice at Alcatel OneTouch Any compensation you will be reimbursed for takes forever. I have handed in 700 USD to be reimbursed last January, and have still not been reimbursed (we are now end of April). If this is not paid for, this is called fraud.
