Ok - Anonymous employee TCWGlobal Employee Review

TCW was the EOR for a contract role and it was a great experience overall. From onboarding through end of contract the communication, processes, and systems worked well. The company seems to be proactive to communicate any system issues (which were rare) to employees.

No cons. I had a great contracting experience through this firm.

Collaborative work environment with supportive teammates. Good exposure to real projects and opportunities to build skills. Flexible schedule and reasonable expectations for part-time employees.

Some processes could be more streamlined and communication can occasionally be slow. Limited growth opportunities for part-time roles.
