Pros
They try to be a employee centric organization - when Ed Clark was here - you felt it. With the new CEO - the employee is been reduced to nothing - it's all about profit.
Cons
They are phony - they say one thing (we value employees) - but then treat them like garbage. Limited upward movement. Very political.
