Pros
The job offers benefits during the open enrollment month of November. My personal experience with branch management, however, has been positive overall. They are willing to help as much as they are allowed to do so.
Cons
The job pays very poorly. After four years full-time my pre-tax salary did not exceed $10.75 per hour. To compensate, TD hires children in high school and college who will soon move on, and so there is a constant state of attrition, and they ultimately lose experienced employees.
