Pros
Td is a friendly place to work. They throw lots of events for staff and are always looking at how your doing. Good benefits to employees and will help you out when they can. will help pay for course and will also promote from within alot.
Cons
Td is a hard place to move up quick. they want you to start from the bottom and take every step to the top. hard to get job higher than customer service rep if not in banking industry. pay is ok and hours are not great. give alot of 4 to 5 hour shifts
