      Lots of reward and recognition for those who work hard. you numbers in sales are calculated daily and there for it is extremely competitive. If you work hard and prove yourself you can go very far with this company

      A bit of favoritism happens in any sales position you encounter. It can be draining with the amount of rejection from customers you could potentially face.
