      Pros

      Technology wise it's pretty up there. Experience at TD will depend on your manager..just hope you get one that's experienced and level headed.

      Cons

      Monotony of work, lack of respect from snr mgt , politics,politics politics and did i 4get more freaking politics...but im not bitter ..disappointed by senior management. No work life balance, they could work you to the bone but don't expect much in return

      The only way I could do that was if you had to do a lot more work and then you would be done by yourself so you would be fine yuyyy
