      Pros

      You can't get fired unless you are openly hostile

      Cons

      Attempts to switch from waterfall to agile have been failing for over 5 years now. TD has been attempting to use in house developed solutions for CI/CD and cloud which are a decade behind commonly used industry tool. Less than 30% of my time is spent developing software. The team is paralyzed by bad processes and bad software.
