they offerent VTO so when the day was slow they would offer time off (unpaid ofc) but it was nice since the job was so overwhelming
Cons
- they would send out frequent emails about how important their employees mental health was yet when my father passed away when i was only 21 they were anything but understanding and compassionate for my situation. -TD also has HORRIBLE policies and fees. 90% of calls were angry customers calling in about overdraft fees that we couldnt refund so theyd start telling you to die and screaming at you. -The training is ridiculously bad they do not prepare you whatsoever for things you need to do day to day making calls so hard and stressful. - I was often physically sick from the amount of stress i had at this job. throwing up, anxiety attacks it was that bad
