      New things to learn with the right team Everyone outside of direct team seemed very nice

      Cons

      Lots of back stabbing Ethical code of conduct violations No one is your friend, everyone is in it for themselves Even if you create a plan for the future, some teams are extremely hesitant to any change Never trust management, just know they protect money producers and any support is hollow HR looks other way in ethics violations
