Overall, it’s a solid place to build your career, with a good balance of support, opportunity, and stability.

There are a few areas that could be improved. The office location at City Centre Mall is consistently a safety concern. While efforts have been made to address this, it continues to feel unsafe and remains an ongoing issue for employees. The workload is consistently heavy, with high file counts that can be difficult to manage on an ongoing basis, rather than just during peak periods. This can make it challenging to maintain a sustainable pace. Additionally, there is room for improvement when it comes to flexibility, as more adaptable arrangements could better support employee work-life balance.
