Without specific details, it would be impossible to comment further on your individual situation, however, we welcome a confidential discussion. In the meantime, while I do not know your circumstances, I believe there are some benefits you may have overlooked. For example, we launched a new professional development benefits program at the start of the year that was widely publicized to all employees via email and through our monthly internal newsletter. We also have a quarterly review structure intended to enhance communication, ensure employees are on the right professional track, and address any issues that may arise. Most companies in our field do this on an annual basis, which we feel is not enough to capture appropriate feedback and provide the relevant assistance.
