State benefits, though they are not as good as they used to be.

The environment at TDA is toxic, I can't think of another word to describe it. It's terrible. The leadership, especially in Food and Nutrition (one in particular - she will make your life miserable) is literal poison. The turnover is at an all time high but for some reason they can't figure out why. Ask any employee that hasn't quit yet, they are miserable and the morale is at an all time low. Sid Miller needs to spend less time on TV and at horse shows and more time inside his agency.
