      Coworkers were kind and I liked the actual job.

      Cons

      I was trained by the person I was hired to replace - who failed to meet performance standards. No SOPs, just instructions sent in emails only if you asked. 2-6 time meetings/day, tracking projects with sharepoint lists, that others could be deleted by anyone. Contractors not held to industry standards.
