Cons
There’s so much toxicity with the CEO, owner, and the teams. There’s a clear division between teams that the CEO created. Owner would rather spend money on a Cannes event instead of keeping team members. (There were TONS of layoffs so no job security here) The AAPI work was fulfilling until the CEO goes back on her word to uplift the community, and submits an RFP for Cal Lotto knowing that there are Asian groups who have an addiction to gambling. Pay is also not good unless you’re in upper management - it was at least 30-40% less than a typical agency.
