      Pros

      The people in mid management and below are great. The work environment tends to be very flexible and family friendly The benefits are pretty standard.

      Cons

      Senior management at most divisional levels hasn't got a clue how to run the business. I like the ideas from corporate, but whether that is show or not I don't know. Internal advancement is nearly non-existant

      Pay / some colleagues. Stock, 401k match

      Cons

      The Lickdale plant has been cursed with some of the worst management imaginable. They talk about accountability alot, but not for them. They enjoy blaming people for their mess. Place is very toxic, stay away and thank me later
