In Portugal is an old company that looks for modern tools

Too much micro managing from the upper management and too less attention from some middle management, some departments do not cooperate well with other departments ("I have a lot to do!"), some times management makes some less ethical promises and requests and the fear to be punished or even fired is permanent.
