I used to think this was a place where people had fun, believed in the 'work together, eat together, be friends together' routine. Hiring managers are good liars who talk of independent agency benefits and employee referral bonuses.
Cons
The "senior management" team is made up of really young people who have been promoted before their time. In the name of management, the team are sent long dos and fonts (team calls them lewis commandments) that tell you how to sit, talk and dress. "don't walk barefoot, don't eat smelly food, don't listen to music or if you do plug in to only one ear" Long lectures to any employee who dares to be 35 secs later than 9am. very high churn rate, people given 9 accounts to handle while directors do nothing but focus on office work of writing memos. anyone ever wonder why churn rate is so high??
