Horrid - Operations TEAM LEWIS Employee Review

-Recent rounds of layoffs have cut critical staff/roles and they're not planning to replace. Teams and clients can suffer. -Leadership creates a toxic workplace with little respect and with a lack of understanding how leaders should behave. Basic leadership qualities are totally absent, especially from US leaders and CEO. -Work is subpar. Clients are subpar. -Work/life balance is nonexistent to poor for some. -Work culture is rife with offensive attitudes, high-school behavior and little to be proud of.
