Good 401 K matching and medical, dental, and vision. Paid time off and vacation and sick time. The owner was always nice.

The management is shady with the books. And he would hire on new trailer mechanics at $30/hrs and expect me to train them but only pay me $23/hr. And that was after 6 years of employment. It's a toxic work environment with all the negative things said behind your back and to you face. The manager has an ego problem too. I gave my written 2 weeks notice explaining why it's a toxic work environment and I went in the next work day and was told to take my stuff and leave. I was fired. Which I expected because anyone who gives notice to quit, the managers ego gets bruised and so he fires people immediately.
