Pros
When the company was young, there was less design issues and a more intimate work environment.
Cons
As the company grew the concentration became numbers and statistics and less on customer satisfaction or individual employee growth. No severance, No vacation, Work holiday and get no no extra time off, work on shift at least once a month for the extra weekend in addition to normal shift without any compensation. Micromanagement and statistics collectors, management is not qualified and not experienced in the position they now manage.
