Cons
It's quality benchmarking is very high compared to the pay rate offered in India. The job that offered pay rate of $8/ hour before 2020 is only $4 or $4.5/hour now. But the quality demand has gone up with close supervision and cancellation threat. No compensation for WFH set up, every damn device, internet, table, chair on the contractor's account. Telus is however little better than Appen in pay rate, who even offers work at $2/ hour. Shame!!
