Pros
Flexibility & professionalism. TELUS walks the walk when it's able - gives full ability for appropriate employees to have work-life balance by telecommuting, adjusting hours, etc. Generally lots of resources for one to draw on (other employees, funding for projects).
Cons
Some issues with getting things done - it seems to take a while. Not much different than other large companies. Sometimes we coddle our employees too much and don't hold them accountable.
