Pros
Work from home is probably the only incentive left at Telus. There used to be lots of great incentives and advantages, but those have all but vanished over the years.
Cons
- Pay is below average to average at best (this is even specifically stated on the internal HR site) - Opportunities to move up are few and far between - A lot of work is constantly being moved offshore and many departments are being minimized - Company-wide wage freeze for the next few years means bye-bye to salary increases - As noted above, many of the perks Telus used to give have all but vanished, and every year something else is taken away. I've seen this now year after year for almost 15 years.
