It offers lots of career opportunities, provides dynamic roles, promote and support a diverse and multicultural environment and challenging day-to-day functions. The work-life balance is balanced. There is flexibility on the schedule (depending on your position.)
Cons
I have not experienced any that would attribute to a Con yet. All my experiences are great so far. I wouldn't contemplate for a second in changing companies.
