Used to be a great place to work - Customer Service Representative TELUS Employee Review

Micro managing, bullying by management, ridiculous survey result expectations, constant increase of workload with no pay increases, sales targets pushed onto non sales positions. EVERY single contract bargaining we have had more and more taken away from us. Very toxic environment. This WAS a great place to work until about 3 or 4 years ago and things have steadily gotten worse and worse. I wouldn't recommend that anyone work here if they value their sanity.
