I worked at TELUS for many years, and witnessed several examples of top leadership (ELT) being arrogant, belittling, uncaring, rude, racist, sexist, and vicious. They model ruthlessness and many follow them because it's the only way to become part of the "club". Despite their cute & cuddly brand and "do good" communications, TELUS will only actually pursue "do-good-ism" when there is clear financial benefit. If you join TELUS, and there are some good reasons to do so, don't do it because you think they care about anything other than shareholder value. You will be disappointed.
