Pros
Pay is amazing, always nice to get an annual bonus. Benefits are good. Lots of opportunities for outreach to the community.
Cons
Management is the worst. Lots of favoritism and positions are only offered if you're "tight" with the managers. Poisonous enviroment; management doesn't know how to keep things to themselves.
