Slowly over my 5 years there they became more greedy and money hungry and cared less and less about customers. Put in person reps and phone reps in competition by giving phone reps better promotions and even made us compete with online offers. It was extremely difficult towards the end to make a sale in person when it was cheaper 99% of the time to go online or call in.
