-Ample potential to be involved in creative projects.
-You work for a science centre!
-It used to be a culture where if you were happy to take on the extra workload you could learn new things that opened up your work experience and that was cool- unsure if that's still the case.
Cons
-Leadership & management is typically externally recruited which can mean there is minimal historical/process-oriented knowledge of how to do certain tasks, how long it should take, how much resources should be applied etc. Makes it stressful on lower-level staff that are consistently being pushed to their capacities.
-Pay is low. Especially factoring the level of expectations and targets.
