Pay was good enough They had plenty of leftovers after board meetings

Systems constantly crash Outdated equipment Unnecessary procedures that could easily be updated Downsizing with no end in sight so everyone is leaving or getting fired on a regular basis Employees have absolutely no integrity and are afraid to speak up Members funds have been stolen by former employees When I spoke up against things or asked questions I was told I had a demeanor that affected others and questions were never answered Management was messy and lacked emotional intelligence and accountability In order to move up you will have to be liked and your work ethic means nothing The IT department is unprepared and overworked Too many chiefs Unprofessional conversations All in all with the current vision of the company is an illusion and you most likely will have to be hazed to progress at a place like TENCU. Don’t forget to brown nose A lot of older non progressive thinkers in management so if you’re LGBTQ have thicker skin here or ignore the energy. But don’t worry, they’re working on it. Also there is little room for advancement Idk if it’s because there is a constant dissolving of positions or lack of money to invest in its employees but I would definitely choose another credit union to sale your time to. What you wear seems to be more important than system issues as well. This place affected my mental health so deeply that I am now in therapy due to the gas lighting.
