Pros
Beautiful massage rooms and spa, great colleagues, caring boss, flexibility in schedule, good pay for massage, wonderful spa treatments (though means rushing to do all the set-up/clean-up), free use of spa, steady work most of the year though there are surely slow times.
Cons
High pace, treatments are back to back, lots of deep-tissue massage requested by clients and spa expects you to deliver (hard on body), no benefits, lots of training required for spa treatments and spa protocol, all trainings you need to pay for out of pocket, tiring work that is hard to do long-term and not easy to earn enough to build any retirement on.
