      Outstanding leadership from the top down. Everyone knows you by name. Unbeatable benefits package. Insurance is fully covered, plus a 401K match and competitive pay! Properties are well maintained and bills are always paid timely.

      Cons

      Smaller company, so not a lot of growth opportunities.

      Pros

      Allowed you the room and finances to do your job.

      Cons

      Some times when you don't own the building and just manage it,it gets sold. This was the case with ours.
