      Pros

      The business is solid (numbers keep growing) and you can learn a lot

      Cons

      I worked as a consultant for less than 1 year, then suddenly they told me I was not needed anymore (not clear reason behind the decision; they said I was good at my job). A lot of people are also leaving important role at the company, so I don't know if that was just my case of things are messy overall around the company.
