Cons
Working at TFL has been one of the most dehumanizing and miserable experiences of my career. This company is a cesspool of blatant sexism and favoritism, where women are not just undervalued—they're unwanted and outright ignored. It’s a toxic, male-dominated environment where your worth is defined by how much you tolerate the abuse, rather than the quality of your work. The C-suite lines their pockets with paychecks that are 10x that of entry-level employees, with absolutely no self-reflection or interest in transparency. Leadership is a joke. They screw over their employees any chance they get, showing no remorse. It’s a sketchy operation, driven by greed and power, with no regard for the well-being of those doing the actual work. Expect to be overworked and treated like disposable garbage. You'll receive emails late into the night—9, 10, and even 11 PM—and you’re expected to respond instantly. Forget about weekends; you'll be working those too, without any overtime pay if you’re salaried. The grind never ends, and no matter how hard you work, credit will never come your way. In September, they callously laid off employees who had received raises and bonuses just a month prior. It's clear that no one is safe. Diversity? Nonexistent. The company refuses to invest in any HR department, leaving employees completely unsupported and vulnerable. To top it all off, they once forced us to work in an office where the AC broke, leaving us to suffer in 90+ degree heat—inside the building. No one was allowed to leave. It was nothing short of inhumane. More and more higher-level employees are fleeing this sinking ship because of its rampant toxicity and utter disregard for any semblance of work-life balance. The message from the top is clear: they don’t care about you, your well-being, or your contributions. This is not a workplace—it's a hellhole designed to bleed you dry and throw you out the second they no longer need you.
