The process is very strict and you are expected to follow it to a letter.

Decent commission system Strong payscale depending on experience Laid back environment Strong POS system though a bit outdated District management is good, though silver tongued.

Schedule gets changed on every other day basis not allowing a strong work life balance. Service managers will horde sales despite not getting a bonus for them outside of a monthly store bonus Will try to compensate for the issues you face but do not actively seek to fix them.
